Postfix, always send as HTML

Hi there,

At my company we add a HTML disclaimer to every outgoing email. We use Zarafa and Thunderbird as mail-clients. In Zarafa I can set the parameter to always send email as HTML.
In Thunderbird, this is also possible with the addon "Stationary". All email are now also send in HTML by default in Thunderbird and it will add my disclaimer via Altermime and Postfix.

Now the problem arise, that I have to install 50 addons in Thunderbird on 50 clients to be able to get our HTML disclaimer added to the email and visible when the receiving party opens the mail we've send.

I've wonder if it is possible to let Postfix convert the email to HTML, even if it send as plain-text, so our disclaimer is always be added to the email. Also when we've send the mail in plain-text.?

Regards,

Roland

There is actually the Altermime
which can be found on google

Just for first few interesting hits:
- Automatically Add A Disclaimer To Outgoing Emails With alterMIME
- How to add a Disclaimer To Outgoing Emails in Postfix

etc.

Don't mind if it's for Debian, the modifications probably can be done on almost every System, if you just install AlterMIME.

If have Altermime and Postfix running succesfully.
My disclaimer have images of Facebook, twitter etc with a link to it, and some text with a link to out disclaimer. The last part (text with link) is added succesfully in plain-text, but the images part isn't. I get a line (-----). When I send the mail in HTML format, the images are also visible by the receiving party. It's just in which format the mail is send to see the images or not.

So my question remains; can postfix rewrite the message from plain-text to HTML even if the client sends the email in plain-text.

Regards,

Roland
