pkgacct kills in the middle of backup process

Hello,

i have a vps, i want to transfer accounts to a dedicated server.

i have cpanel on my vps, i know that the best way is to transfer accounts from cpanel/whm but when i do it, the process (pkgacct process) kills in the middle time,

this is for big accounts,

please tell me what should i do to transfer my accounts.

my vps provider doesnt help us and stop cpu watcher (which kills processes)

please tell me that is "rsync" the best way for me?

i have cpanel/whm on the new server.

Thanks so much
