I have

CentOS 5.8 32 bit installed.

php v 5.3
mysql 5.5

i have configured qmail-ldap without control qmail-ldap-control-patch, now i am not able to run phpQLAdmin 2.7.3.

Please guide and let me know if anyting is needed?

I should say first of all that I am NOT familiar with Qmail or phpQLAdmin, but I am familiar with php, MySQL, and roundcube mail.

When you say you are "not able to run phpQLAdmin" what exactly do you mean? Do you see an error displayed in your web browser?

Have you checked your log files? Especially /var/log/messages, /var/log/httpd, and /var/lib/mysql/mysql-bin.err or the equivalents on your server. Also check /etc/php.ini and see if you have error_log set; if so, check that log file. If not, your php errors will be in your main syslog file (/var/log/messages on CentOS, which is what I'm familiar with).

While i am entering user name and password of ldap, then i am getting below error

My Configuration

2) nice to hear that you are familiar with roundcubemail, i am also try to configure roundcubemail too but no luck, i am also attaching snapshot for that :

I did not bother with configuring Alias entries.

Try this:
Comment out all those Alias entries from your config file
cd /var/www/html
mv phpQLAdmin-2.2.7 qmail

See what that does.

I have removed alias for phpQLAdmin-2.2.7, configured in /etc/httpd/http.conf, as Direct Path as


ServerRootDocument /var/www/html/var/www/html/phpQLAdmin-2.2.7/
VirtualHost mail.ldap3.example.com:80

# Servervice httpd restart

then opend URL in browser http://mail.ldap3.example.com

I am getting message, i have attached.
