PhpMyAdmin shows typical unexpected error of not saving settings

I have done it all, as said in documentation. I was setting pma from an account (non-root). So in every step I had to use ´sudo´. However, I was successful installing LAMP with PMA in Ubuntu 12.04 ( and of course WAMP server in Windows) but not in Fedora. I tried both manually and using setup script but result were same. Found nothing useful in google.

Please see the screenshot for any reference.

What should I do with Fedora? :banghead:

most likely permissions are not set properly on the files where its writes its configuration.

I don't think so

Well, in my case I followed all the steps from a non-root admin (sudoer, in case of Fedora) account. I sude 'sudo' not 'su' anywhere. Moreover, while creating the config folder (for configuration by setup script of PMA), I used sudo and gave all possible permissions as per documentation.
