php , ffmpeg


Hi all..

I am with a new server, it has apache, mysql php,(on centos) there is another old server where are the webpages, theses webpages have videos, radio files, and the people can see theses in the site but I need some help to configure the new server, what do I need to configure it?

I have been reading and I think I need ffmpeg but what else? I installed ffmpeg in the new server but the command ffserver doesnt work, the etc/ffserver.conf doesnt exist :s

Or am I wrong and I dont need it?
