pdflush daemon consuming 100% CPU usage for longer time


pdflush daemon consuming 100% CPU usage in most of the nodes, please suggest me what could be reason and solution.

Sounds like you might be page swapping. Do you have enough RAM?

But I would strongly encourage you to read the above .pdf, and familiarize yourself with basic tools like "vmstat", "top", "ps" and friends. It will be a big help to you on this problem, and in the future.
