PATH problem

Hello,

I need to setup a PHP application that uses a custom Config.php file placed into /etc/php/ .
They set PATH=$PATH:/etc/php/ and try to reach config file from php application as
include_once("Config.php");

I receive no PATH value from this inclusion and hence the whole application crashes.

getenv("PATH") called from PHP script returns incomplete string of the PATH defined into /etc/profile

Any suggestions?

What file is this line in?

If it has been put in /etc/profile, make sure it is either before the line "export PATH", or simply find the line and add the word "export" before it.

Code:
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/php/
--Ian
