outside emails

I have a few domains on my server that use Gmail for the main mail provider and not my server. When I try to email them I guess the server see's the domain is local and tries to send the email locally which of course bounces because they don't have addresses set up on the server. DNS is all set up correctly but I don't think it even looks at that, it just see's the domain and assumes the emails will be here too. Is there a way to fix this?

CentOS 6.3
PLESK 11.0.9
qmail is being used as the mail service

I've never used PLESK but I'm guessing that somewhere in it you have defined the domain with your server as a mail handler and it's generated the appropriate mail config. Check PLESK to see where this is defined and then undefine it.

In Plesk , You will find option to disable mail service for the given domain . Just go into the plesk and select the domain and then go to mail settings and disable mail service

Thanks

I did turn off the mail service for the domain but of course now their contact form doesn't work.
