Maybe it’s a 64 bit binary on a 32 bit OS?

Looks like being 32 bit OS – you need another version of the software which is adequate for your machine type.

Since apparently you're installing Oracle, you might want to create a dedicated user and group to do so, since it wont let itself be installed by root. The traditional way is to perform the installation as oracle:dba; some young whippersnappers will add an oinstall group , but they should get off my lawn.
