hi friends

can anyone give me any version of oracle database installation script for RHEL5 ??

Yes, Oracle can, since it comes with Oracle when you purchase it. It's on the installation media, and looking at the Oracle installation documents and/or the Red Hat knowledgebase, will tell you what you need to be able to install Oracle.

You don't say what version of Oracle, on what version of RHEL5, but if this is a new installation, I'd suggest loading RHEL6.x, since you're already running an older (but supported) release. You are paying for support from both Red Hat and Oracle, so contacting them would be the first step.
