OpenVPN issues on CentOS 4.7

Hello,

I have successfully installed OpenVPN on my server and it's running a breeze, the only problem is I can't connect to it using the OpenVPN client on my Windows 7 computer. This is what it tells me:

Sun Feb 01 01:47:08 2009 OpenVPN 2.0.9 Win32-MinGW [SSL] [LZO] built on Oct 1 2006
Sun Feb 01 01:47:08 2009 IMPORTANT: OpenVPN's default port number is now 1194, based on an official port number assignment by IANA. OpenVPN 2.0-beta16 and earlier used 5000 as the default port.
Sun Feb 01 01:47:08 2009 Cannot load private key file client1.key: error:0B080074:x509 certificate routines:X509_check_private_key:key values mismatch
Sun Feb 01 01:47:08 2009 Error: private key password verification failed
Sun Feb 01 01:47:08 2009 Exiting

The only problem is, their can't possibly be something wrong with the passwords because I set them all the same for the sake of testing this out. If anyone could provide assistance it would be great.

CentOS 4.7
OpenVPN 2.0.9
OpenVPN Client 2.0.9

Regards,
Andrew

change the logging level to a higher number in the .confg file on the client. it may give you more clues.

# Set log file verbosity.
