Unhappy OpenLDAP ldapadd command error.

I am using Redhat enterprise 4 os and OpenLDAP version 2.3.

I have configured company.com.ldif for dn and created user.ldif files but when i try to add these entries using ldapadd command it gives an error as

ldap_add: No Such Object (32)

please guide me to solve the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Without a crystal ball and without more information about the scheme you use and the ldif data you try to add, I can only tell you that indeed your LDIF is missing an object.

You could try the "ldapadd -v ..." command for more verbosity so that maybe you can see what line in the LDIF produces the error.
