Openfiler 2.99 cluster problems after failed disk

I am running openfiler 2.99 and have a cluster configured. Failover was running fine until i had a failed disk. I replaced the disk and drbd synced back up with no issues. Now when i put the master node in standby i get the following error:

lvmdata (ocf::heartbeat:LVM): Started filer01 (unmanaged) FAILED

The cluster.log file is not much help

Oct 20 15:50:05 filer01 lrmd: [993]: info: rsc:lvmdata:41: stop
Oct 20 15:50:05 filer01 lrmd: [993]: info: rsc:drbd_meta:0:42: notify
Oct 20 15:50:05 filer01 lrmd: [993]: info: rsc:drbd_data:0:43: notify

If i run a resource cleanup it fails over to the other node without any problems. Any help would be appreciated.
