Open Source Search Engine

I have 5 Mediawiki installations and a Mambo installation at my work at the moment and I was to setup an internal search engine that I can instruct to crawl the sites every few hours and then people can use it to search through the sites, does anyone know of any ideas i can do this with?

It's running on SUN OS 5, Apache 2.x, MySQL 4

Any Ideas?

Do you mean that searching Freshmeat and Sourceforge for a OSS search engine show zero maintained and usable results?
