One domain-two servers

I deployed one domain to another server, and put as ns2 ns1.domain.com of name server of previous server. And it seems part of traffic goes to new server, and part to old server. That is probaly beacuse i have normaly created account on old server. So will it work normaly domain when i delete old dns record on old server and add dns domain forwarding to ip adress of new server ?

Uhem, Your description is hard to read.

What do you want to to in general? Having domain1.com which was hosted on server1 moved to server2? Then just configure the DNS of your TLD "hoster" with the correct IP address of server2.
If you want to have sub.domain1.com pointing to your old server1, then you have to add a DNS entry on your TLD "hoster"s DNS as well.

Ok, to move a domain to new server:

Replicate domain onto new server. Update BOTH DNS servers you use to point to new IP of the new server. Leave old server up for 24 hours so anyone that isn't updated with new DNS records will still be able to hit your domain. It's that easy, instead of having one DNS server hit the old server and the other point to the new Server. You're just complicating things for yourself.
