Not able to set system time using script.


Hi....when i want to set the system time using script it doesnt sets when i redirected the output to error log it shows permission denied in apache server....on guy told me to configure the httpd.conf file in conf folder...so how to do it......anybody know this..........

Ok, I don't perfectly understand but how about trying rdate? I use "rdate -S time.xs4all.nl" for example

Umm, how about sharing your script or at least tell us how you're trying to set the time. We can guess all we want but why make us guess if you really want a solution to your problem?
