not able to install ubuntu from centos pxe server

Hi,
I have configured pxe server in centos for ubuntu installation with the following procedure.

Now when i trying to install ubuntu on another machine with PXE Server shows error as

[ 4.205939] Console: switching to color frame buffer device 160*64
BusyBox v1.13.3 (Ubuntu 1:1.13.3-1ubuntu11) built in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

(initramfs) Unable to find a medium containing a live file system

Sorry,
This error i got due to wrong configuration,
so i have configure now correctly i it was working fine, u can find my correct configuration on this link
