non root unable to access startx

i have been changed user id for user in fedora

using this command find / -uid 540 exec chown 1001 {} \;

change uid completed after that i loged user via and start startx its not work can you help how solve the problems

find / -uid 540 exec chown 1001 {} \;
change only own of file from uid 540 to 1001

Have you created user with uid 1001 using usermod?
which message error Have you with startx?
