nfs change owner during wwrite to directory

There is NFS server and its sharing folder(forall). Every user in my network mount it during machine start.

Dont know how to implement this:

When the user write files into this folder i want the groupid-owner to be changed but userid-owner leave as is.
(it some like allsquash , but it change the userid and groupid - i need only groupid change)
