Networking 4 Lunix RH server 5.0

I need to create a network for 4 linux machines to be able to create a profie for a user that will be common on all machines. I mean the user will see the same profile when he logs to any machine

this isn't networking, but centralised user services, right? big big differences - networking has NOTHING to do with users, networking is switches, cables, routers firewalls. If you want the same "profile" then you'd have a common /home partition shared from a server over NFS, typically also backed up with a common user base, provided by ldap, nis or similar.
