Network not Reachable

Please help me out

If i reboot my server it is not going to ping or reach every time i need to do network service restart. Some times its automatically detect. I checked onboot=yes in configuration file. Can you guys plz help me out in this problem.

Have you got multiple network cards? If so and you haven't specified (using HWADDR) which card should be which interface they could be assigned randomly at boot-time sometimes giving you a non-working arrangement.

Yes We have Multiple Network Cards. Now how i can proceed? How to tell server to use particular interface after boot?

I have changed config files i have used HWADDR in only eth0 interface rest all interface I have used MACADDR after this changes it is working fine.
