Need to upload data into the ftp server

Hi All
I have configured a ftp server in RHEL 5 and I want to make the anonymous users to upload data in to the server,some one told me to change the ownership,check the selinux settings,however I am don't have knowledge how to do this?
Could you please help me out to configure this?

You can set anonymous access for ftp in the ftpaccess file found in /etc directory

hi,

As petkovsky said. you can search for that option in your ftp configuration file. i had the same problem with my ubuntu 9.10 but i had edited a line "ANONYMOUS_UPLOAD=YES" now i can able to upload file through anonymous user.

so look for a line like this in your ftp configuration file in RHEL 5 system.
