Need a solution for sending email

hello,
I have 2 server A(Webserver- domain.com - ip : 123.123.123.123) and B(Mailserver-mail.domain.com - ip:124.124.124.124).
Now i need to send email from Webserver(with sendmail on port 25) with sender like : noreply@domain.com to yahoo and gmail from web interface.
In this case it like a spoofing method.
What is the right way for this solution ? Will my ip be added to blacklist ? and which ip(A or B) ?
Thanks.

There may be a language barrier here, so could you please explain in detail what you mean with that?

The right solution is to first check Yahoo and Google documentation about sending (mass?) emails. For Google see among other things https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en

The answer to that question depends on too many variables to be of use.

In this case, the mailserver have no MX record point to webserver ip address.So i think there is a problem when sending out email from webserver.

I belive that you should add txt record in domain.com DNS TXT in order to tell that webserver is delegated to send mails on noreply behalf

"v=spf1 mx a ip4:1.2.3.4 include:mail.domain.com"
where 1.2.3.4 is webserver ip and mail.domain.com is mx for mailserver in order to delegate both to send mails in behalf of any of @domain.com accounts

save DNS record , waitup to 24 / 48 hours to propagate and make sure both IP have reverse DNS in order not to be rejected by many servers, coz this days , RDNS is a must !
