If you read the docs on the Nagios site, you'd find the answer.
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3...g-windows.html

I'm not your "bro". And if you DID read that page, you must have skipped over alot of it. From the very top of the page:
Quote:
  • Memory usage
  • CPU load
  • Disk usage
  • Service states
  • Running processes
  • etc.
Publicly available services that are provided by Windows machines (HTTP, FTP, POP3, etc.) can be monitored easily by following the documentation on monitoring publicly available services.
That page tells you how to check ANY services on Windows, how to configure it, and just from the BEGINNING of the page, tells you you can check a wide variety of services. If you follow the link at the beginning of the page, it tells you how to monitor services, define custom ones, and leads you to the Plugin database, where you can download many different modules to monitor LOTS of different things.

Yes you can. Again, read that page. You can custom write Nagios plugins, or use one of the existing ones.

And again, if you tried to look up W3SVC, you'd have found out it's for IIS (W3 = WWW). You'd even find scripts to monitor the service, that you can modify to feed Nagios.

You can monitor all that yes. One thing to keep in mind when monitoring windows services is to pay attention to the service names that are presented. Also look out for special characters in the service names. Those caught me off guard when monitoring windows services.
