mysql using 50%-110% of cpu / Getting [statscheck] Stats/Server Overload on server!!!

Hey, I'm in really bad need of some technical help here. I'm having problem after problem. My server was having about 2-3 crashes a day before, then we swapped the chasis, and it seemed to be working fine... now I get performance issues.

I have 3 questions I hope yall can help me out with.

1.) I get an email stating cpsrvd failed, A restart was attempted automagicly.. every time I restart the server. Is there any way to stop this? Or if not... the email?

2.) My server seems REALLY sluggish. I ran a top in shell, and mysql was taking up from 70% to 110% of the cpu. Is there any way to fix this or find out why? I've restarted the server, and it's fluctuating between 50% and 90% now.

3.) I think this MIGHT be related to the sqld issue, but I've received about 12 emails saying an error with statscheck. Is there any way to find out why, or fix this stats thing?

This is cPanel stats runner on server1.cewxp.com!
While processing the log files for user cewxp, the cpu has been
maxed out for more than a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
this email is
15:49:16 up 5 days, 10:52, 2 users, load average: 27.59, 31.36, 31.83"
and also another email

Thanks a LOT for the help in advance. I really hope I can get this resolved.

I researched and figured out my first problem should do no harm...

I've spent the whole day researching the second and third problems, but no luck....
