mySQL keeps crashing

My mySQL database keeps crashing. The InnoDB, IBData1 file gets corrupt, then I have totally reinstall mysql, and reimport all data. Then it will run fine for a week or so, then crash again, and I have to rebuild.

Any idea what’s causing this?

The largest tables have upwards of 1 million rows and are myisam, except for one that is innodb, most of the other tables are innodb, and some are type memory.

If you're seeing table corruption, it may be a sign of dodgy memory (RAM) in the system causing corrupted data to be written to disk. Is this running on a server with ECC memory? If not, I'd recommend runing memtest86 on the box if you can't find any more likely explanation for the data corruption.
