mysql increasing memory usage over time

I have noticed that mysql server keep increasing memory usage over time even though I am not using that often:

I am using PClinuxOS Small Business Edition:

The following web apps are using mysql for a backend:

Twonkymedia - for streaming media to my xbox 360

Jinzora - so I can access my music collection from anywhere

again I am not using either one that often. Any ideas?
