MySQL database automatic backup

Greetings

I have a database hosted on "Dreamhost" and a database on a local server, i need that every change made to the database on the Internet is automatically repeated on my local database too. For example, if a table in the Internet database is deleted, i want that the same table in my local server is deleted too.

How can i acomplish that?
