mpt2sas driver failure, Raid 1, RHEL 5.5 driver problem, PERC H200A

I have a Dell server power edge R410. I need to install RedHat Entherpris 5.5 and also need Raid 1. (Raid controller is PERC H200A)

I have set the Raid 1 through system configurations before I install OS (Hardware Raid) and everything seems to be working well. The problem is I get an error message when Linux is starting:

mpt2sas0: failure at drivers/scsi/mpt2sas/mpt2sas_scsih.c:4046/_scsih_add_device()!

after I tried all possible ways and drivers (I could get the driver for Linux 5.3 and installed it so the error message changed:

mpt2sas0: failure at /var/lib/dkms/mpt2sas/02.00.03.00/build/mpt2sas_scsih.c:5149/_scsih_add_device(()!

I have 2 questions:

1- Is this driver error message going to cause any problem now or in future? Considering the Raid 1 being set as hardware raid.

2- Is there any driver for RHEL 5.5 to solve this?

Same problem here.

My hardware is a Dell PowerEdge T410 with Serial Attached SCSI, PERC H200, Hardwre RAID1 configuration.

The only difference to the above is that I'm running CentOS 5.5 x64, which we all know is just a de-branded RHEL.

At bootup I get an error that looks almost exactly like the one above. The machine hangs there for about 30 seconds and then moves on. No apparent issues with the system other than the error.

Update: I found my answer on another forum:
Quote:
it turned out to be just a cosmetic issue, stated by Dell support. The message can be avoided using the latest LSI module from the LSI website, but that one will not be supported by Dell.
