Moving mail accounts

I am hosting currently my email account 50x MailBox at ISP#1 with my own domain user@my.domain.com with IP=x.x.x.x , I am going to move the mail boxes to second ISP#2 with same domain and different IP=y.y.y.y
What would be the best as arrangement to move the mailboxes of my users without huge interruption?

From the information you give.... NOBODY KNOWS!

Are these mailboxes hosted by ISP#1 or do you have a physical server located there?

Are you moving the server?

Do your users use POP3 or IMAP to access their mail?

Try giving us some clues, we can't guess what you already have or what you want to move to.

I want to transfer all my emails accounts pop3 and imap from my old ISP postfix mail server to a new ISP mail server Exchange. I need the steps to make the move as painless as possible. As I know, I need to ensure the MX (Mail eXchange) records are registered with the new ISP for my domain name, this may take a couple of days for the domain to be transfered,.....

If you're paying your ISP for a hosted Exchange solution then what are their recommendations on transfer?
