I'm a bit confused about what you are asking.

Q. Is it possible to mount a samba share on Windows?
A. Yes, that is the main purpose of samba

To mount a samba share in windows, you can use File Explorer and "map network drive"; select a drive letter; enter the UNC path for the share \\myserver\myshare; enter any user credentials required.

Q. Is it possible to script mounting a samba share?
A. Yes, through the net use command

In a cmd window, type: net use /?

It works the same way like a share on a windows server as Samba is the linux implementation for the smb/cifs protocol used by Microsoft for filesharing.

Have you been able to mount the share as a network drive?
  1. Open file explorer (Right-click Start and click explore):
  2. click Tools (drop-down menu)
  3. click Map Network Drive
  4. Enter the path for your share \\server\share and select a drive letter to map
  5. Click the link Connect using a different user name and enter user credentials (if required)
  6. Click finish
