I would like to set disclaimer like content in my meral mail server, so that all the users should be able to get that content automatically in their outgoing mails.
Pls let me know what setting should be done?......very urgent...

Spell out your words....and this is not urgent for anyone here. We volunteer our time to help folks, so telling us to hurry is pretty rude.
And if you need 'urgent' help, how about providing some actual details? Like version/distro of Linux? Where you got the meral mail server? And what you're trying to do...your question is vague.
Do you want a header/footer appended to mails, or do you want something that comes up before users can access it?
he is looking for header/footer... in Merak mail server... That's very ez in windows distro. In linux distro, merak sucks... smtp is not stable...
merak is a very nice software in windows... but not in linux... i am also looking for a same thing like merak-windows distro (as it is really ez to admin) (but not merak, something else) in linux which will do what merak does... as because merak is damn expensive... real expensive... and linux merak is really just bullshit...

As has been said on this forum many times, spell your words out. If you're looking for your own mail server, you can use Postfix or Sendmail, and there are many web interface utilities for both administering and using it.
Also, this thread is six months old, and someone elses. Don't hijack someone elses old thread...if you've got a question, please open your own thread.
