Mariadb and libmysqlclient

Hi,
I am using MariaDB Galera 5.5.42 (MariaDB repo).
apticron tells me that there is an upgrade available:

libmysqlclient18 5.5.43-0+deb7u1

Anyway if I test the upgrade, I will obtain:

Code:
# apt-get dist-upgrade -s
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  libmariadbclient18 mariadb-client-5.5 mariadb-client-core-5.5 mariadb-galera-server mariadb-galera-server-5.5
The following packages will be upgraded:
  libmysqlclient18 linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64
2 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 5 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Remv mariadb-galera-server [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy]
Remv mariadb-galera-server-5.5 [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy]
Remv mariadb-client-5.5 [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy]
Remv mariadb-client-core-5.5 [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy]
Remv libmariadbclient18 [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy] [libmysqlclient18:amd64 ]
Inst libmysqlclient18 [5.5.42+maria-1~wheezy] (5.5.43-0+deb7u1 Debian-Security:7.0/oldstable [amd64])
Inst linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64 [3.2.65-1+deb7u2] (3.2.68-1+deb7u1 Debian-Security:7.0/oldstable [amd64])
Conf libmysqlclient18 (5.5.43-0+deb7u1 Debian-Security:7.0/oldstable [amd64])
Conf linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64 (3.2.68-1+deb7u1 Debian-Security:7.0/oldstable [amd64])
I think this is definitely unsafe, do you agree?
Should I configure apt to ignore this specific update?
Thank you

Hi, every apticron mail ends with:

"you can perform this upgrade by issuing the command: apt-get dist-upgrade"

maybe it's a mistake..?
