mapping linux servers to windows 2003 server

I'v got linux servers housing some PHP/MySQL applications in office but we make use of Windows Server 2003 as a DNS.The problem we have is, all the clients on my Network can't view the applications properly only if the ip address is used.
Can anyone in the house tell me how i can map the ip addresses of these servers to the domain name i assigned to the servers as they are not working.
Presently I had to manually set the ip addresses of the clients in the /etc/hosts file. This is rather tedious as i intend to expand my network with additional clients.
Thanks for the help in advance

well soudns like you've either not added name servers to /etc/resolv.conf on the relevant hosts of don't know how to administer M$ DNS? not really sure what angle you're coming from, but sounds like you need to just add some A records in M$ land.
