Mailman no such list error

Hi every one,

I had created some lists and they show up with command

but not in domainname/mailman/admin/list

it shows following error:-

I tried check_perms but everything was ok,

another server with same configuration is working very well.

Mailman version:- 2.1.5

Thanks in advance
