Mail Server
 

I have a mail server hosted some where else in the world
1.
I want a mail server that get emails for some accounts not all and deliver to my LAN , user are using Email Clients like MsOutlook or Outlook Express

That is pretty standard mail server behavior with simple configuration changes.

What mail server are you using? What do your configs look like presently? How do you want to get mail (pop,imap,etc?) How do you want to push mail to the end destination (smtp?) Do you have dns control (mx records), etc, etc...

There isn't really enough here to help you do anything.
