LVM got crashed

Hello All,

I am having problem with HP-UX 11.11 system. My LVM got crashed. I checked my disks are fine.
when i ran vgscan, i was advised to import the data using vgimport. I created /dev/vg09 and then created node with same monor numner(i know its wrong)
Please see below commands and output.
Please suggest me how can i assign unique minor number in vgimport.

Note:- I am getting bcheckrc prompt. and only root file system is mounted. As LVM crashed , (/usr, /swap, /dump etc) nothing else is mounted.

Please suggest

Hello,

Please post your question in only one forum. It's hard to keep up with the conversation if you post it in multiple forums which is a violation of the LQ Rules to which you agreed when you signed up. You (and we) will only loose track. Stick to this thread please. I've reported the other one for closure.

Kind regards,

Eric
