How do i display a Welcome Message, when user is logged in, using gui not ssh.
Your question isn't clear...do you want to MAKE the changes using a GUI, or do you want something to pop up when you log IN using the GUI?
You can probably use the 'display' command to pop up an image for a few seconds (using a script), and put that either in the users .bashrc/.bash_profile/.profile, or you can write some other script to pop up whatever text you want, where you want it.

I Just want to POP a Message with USERNAME, DATE and TIME.

Ok, so write a script to do it. Xmessage gives you a tool to be able to do just that, but the better question is "why"?? The user is already going to KNOW what their user name is, and what date/time it is. Putting a message on the screen telling them what they already know (and then making them click something or wait until the message clears is just going to annoy users.

No, you need to write your own scripts. If you need examples of scripts, you can easily find them if you show a bit of effort...there are THOUSANDS of scripting tutorials with examples you can find with a simple Google search. There's even a scripting tutorial in my posting signature...have you bothered to look at it?
Dont be so impolite.....
Scripting in bash or basrc isnt so hard, its more like writing in TP/BP scco
If you want to write the OP's script, then go right ahead. Countless people come here over and over again, asking for people to write scripts for them, and it doesn't work. This is a place to come for HELP...and that means, you have to show effort of your own.
If you have a problem with the OP's script not being written for them, then why don't you write it and post it?
with a few more things we COULD point the OP it the right direction
but we do not even have a bare minimal
--- like
" hay i saw this neat login option "
-- insert URL of a photo of it
how would i go about that ?
all we have is a very basic " i need a script to add unneeded things to the login , - please make it for me "
Grub 0.9 legacy that is in RHEL6 is VERY customizable
there are a bunch of built in tools
Also we do not know if this is for "Plymouth" or from the fallback
