Linux V-Server isolate IP/interface to specific guest?

I recently got V-servers running (I'm new to Linux Vserver stuff) and I'm trying to configure the networking side of the guests.

There are some docs on how to use vlans etc on http://linux-vserver.org/ but the docs are a little limited.

I have two network cards on the host box. One is 100Mbit (eth1) the other is 1000Mbit (eth0).

For eth0 I want to setup some local services and the ssh daemon so I can remotely manage everything.

For eth1 I want to make smtp and imap mail services available over the wan.

I'm trying to isolate these interfaces from eachother so that traffic going to eth1 only goes to the guest with the mail services. If possible I want eth1 to have nothing to do with the host, only the guest.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Distro: debian squeeze

util-vserver: 0.30.216-pre3034

Kernel: 3.2.22 with linux vserver and grsecurity (custom build).

Edit: I should say docs are confusing/limited.
