Linux server with windows client

Hi,

I have Ubuntu 8.04 server and windows xp machines. I want to learn to how to create domain in server and control the windows xp machines..

Please help me..

It's urgent too.. :-(

set up SAMBA to be the primary domain controller and join your windows xp client to the domain. HOWEVER, you will not have full advantage like a real Windows Server with group policies and active directory.

But can you teach me how to creat domain control step by step.

I am new to Linux and Ubuntu server. And I alredy install that SAMBA in my server. Also I done the simple file sharing.
