Hi,I'm new to linux.I just want to know how can I put the password when I create the users.

useradd andy
passwd

Please tell me how can I continue,because it said "BAD PASSWORD:it is based on dictionary word"

pick a password that isn't horribly insecure.. that's a good start. if you're root though, you can still change it, that's normally only a warning not an error.
