Linux Image Server
 

Hello,

My Further Education College technician (Im the student :study: ) has asked me to setup a image server for use in the computer labs.

What I need to do is setup a web based front end to it so that you click run on the web browser, it restarts the PC using the RUNDLL command switches and boots the bootup floppy on the C:\ drive which will be specified in autoexec.bat (This bit im ok with.)

The tricky part is how can i make the computer transfer the windows image onto the client from a linux server

I was considering using samba to share it out and using a map drive ghost disk but having said that they may be some obvious program i may have unlooked which would be more suitable!
Any help would be very much so appreciated!!!
