My name is Pratush Sinha, I am new in ubuntu administration, I am stuck at some point. I have sendmail server to send and receive emails, We have ldap server as well. But it is used for addressing only. We want LDAP server authentication with sendmail server, so that user will be created in ldap and can authenticate with sendmail server to send and receive mails. Please help me in this regard, Steps by steps for ubntu. I tried so many links on net but non of these work.

Thanks for the quick reply, But I need ldap authentication with sendmail server. This is our requirement. So please if possible provide me on the same.
