Thumbs up LDAP authentication with NFS

Hi,

We know that if we configure NIS or LDAP for authentication then at the login of system itself we get authenticated (for users)

Can any one suggest how to get authenticated for windows using LDAP.

What i want to do is

Configure Linux LDAP Server for user authentication

I want to user the same server for windows and linux client at the login prompt itself.

Also i want the user to get the home directory on server (/home/user1)
at client location(linux and windows both)

i.e wen user1 logs in using linux he shld get /home/user1 of server,i.e all his data will be saved in /home/user1

i can sucessfully do this with ldap and nfs on linux but how to get it done on WINDOWS
