Not much we can help WITH. Sounds like your hard drive has failed. You can try to recover some data with photorec or testdisk, both of which are abundantly documented. Also, you've asked this question SEVERAL times in other threads, and have received answers.

And, since you're using RHEL5, have you contacted RedHat support?? You are paying for RHEL, right?? Since you're paying, you have access to their tech support.
