JFS always entering read only mode.

This all started after i added another 1 TB hdd. I added the device ot my raid 5, I epanded the LVM and then did a mount -o remount, resize /storage. Ive run the manafacturer's diagnostic tools on the harddrive and it has passed. It also passes smartmontools tests.

Im guessing its something else as all hardware is fine?

The error im getting in dmesg is

Quote:

I just run fsck.jfs on it and it will fix it and say its clean. Then i have to unmount/remount.
