ISP Server

Hi all,
i need to make some Server which let me control my LAN clients like doing some Rate limiting, DHCP, DNS and other ISP services like Squid.
I have Linux Centos 5.4 and it is already working for my Web and Mail Services, so i need to install the new services in it if it is available...
Thanks in advance :D

For rate limiting, you might consider using HTB. If bandwidth is not an issue, for DNS you can use external DNS servers that are free. I use Opendns (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220). This works well for me.

What is HTB?

I found this when Googling HTB:
