I am a Web developer and I worked in company. there are 200 employers in this company. also more than 100 employer outside company in branches.

I develop a web application to transfer files from employer to another and make this application for any thing related to company like an information about employer (salary , absences .. etc).

there is internal network in my company it's worked fine but I want to share this application to others (Employers in branches) , they need internet to using my application , But this is not my problem ( I know how can make my server to web hosting .. etc).

I have a server with low specifications.

it is good for web hosting ? more than 200 employers using it in same time as web server.

If your website(s) are static HTML then shouldn't be a problem.

If your website(s) make use of large MySQL databases, use intensive PHP, or are streaming large amounts of data such as video etc. then you may face issues.

The server should far outpace the wan I'd think unless above where constant large scale programs do intense database work on each page.

I'd send out physical usb drive with certificates or go to a vpn. All that data is hard to protect.
