Is mailing list the solution?

I need to send emails to a group of email recipients, and the recipients should be able to reply to the group. But I don't want to reveal all the email addresses. How do I do that?

It seems a mailing list does exactly this. I have full access to a email server. How do I setup a mailing list on a postfix/dovecot server?

Something like mailman would probably work.
