IPv6 & Port Forwarding
I would like to web host behind a router whose settings I cannot change. I cannot setup port forwarding. I heard that this is possible with IPv6. Is that true? Thanks

What the article you reference means is I think that you can set up a v6 over v4 tunnel to a v6 service. Have a look at gogoNet as an example.
Possibly not what you want to do since then your web server would only be accessible via a v6 address. |

Nothing intrinsically wrong with v6 just that at the moment it's not straightforward to get at pages on v6 since there are not that many v6 services in the Western world ( Apologies if I've made an incorrect assumption on your location). So you would be limiting your customer base. Look at google6 for some inspiration.
